Set the following options:

#### Connection Pooling

Select this option to enable [built-in YSQL connection pooling](/stable/additional-features/connection-manager-ysql/ "built-in YSQL connection pooling").

#### Enhanced Postgres Compatibility

Select this option to enable [Enhanced PostgreSQL Compatibility Mode](/stable/reference/configuration/postgresql-compatibility/ "Enhanced PostgreSQL Compatibility Mode").

#### Resource Governance

Select this option to enable [Resource Governance](/stable/yugabyte-cloud/cloud-clusters/resource-governance/ "Resource Governance") (database v2026.1.0 or later only).
